General provisions
The order, booking, preliminary sale of tickets and subscriptions of IX INTERNATIONAL DEBUT FILM FESTIVAL OF CINEMATOGRAPHY
«Spirit of fire» is carried out on film sessions which are spent:
— In the Big auditorium of Theatrically-concert center «Ugra-classic» —
800 places (a number on duty in an orchestra № 7,8,9,10 (the central part));
— In the Press hall of Theatrically-concert center «Ugra-classic» — 45 places;
— In the Big auditorium of the Center of arts for exceptional children of the North — 510 places (a number on duty № 7);
— In Small auditorium of the Center of arts for North's exceptional children — 150 places (a number on duty № 9);
— In a cinema hall «Cinema Profi» the Movie center – 42 places;
— Cultural (concert) actions, performances, solemn ceremonies of opening and film festival closing, commercial film displays, under separate regulations.
Manufacture, sale, the account of film tickets and subscriptions of IX INTERNATIONAL DEBUT FILM FESTIVAL OF CINEMATOGRAPHY «Spirit of fire», the organization of work of cash systems of a film festival, gathering and accumulation of cash gathering is carried out by the executive Management of a film festival — Independent establishment Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Ugra «Ugorsky film service» (Khanty-Mansiysk).

From February, 07 till February, 25th in cash system № 1 the collective and individual order, booking of tickets and subscriptions on film sessions and cultural actions of IX INTERNATIONAL DEBUT FILM FESTIVAL OF CINEMATOGRAPHY «Spirit of fire» by means of telecommunication is made and is direct in cash desks, and also their sale.

From February, 07 till February, 18th — from 12:00 till, daily, without interruption;
From February, 19 till February, 25th — from 9:00 till, daily, without interruption.

The information about film festival actions, about cost of tickets and subscriptions take place on official sites of xecutive power authorities of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area — Ugra, Executive management of a film festival and IX INTERNATIONAL DEBUT FILM FESTIVAL OF CINEMATOGRAPHY «Spirit of fire».

Group demands more than 4 persons – for 4 hours prior to the beginning of action;
The demand to 4 persons (inclusive) — for 2 hours prior to the beginning of a film session (concert);

The money resources received from sale of tickets and subscriptions on film sessions and cultural actions of IX INTERNATIONAL DEBUT FILM FESTIVAL OF CINEMATOGRAPHY «Spirit of fire», in full accumulate on the bank account of Independent establishment of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Ugra «Ugorsky film service» (Khanty-Mansiysk).
Subscription system of distribution of film tickets for film festival actions:
The subscription «Film mania 2011» – the uniform subscription on unlimited quantity of film sessions (except for actions of the cultural program, concerts, the performances special, commercial and a press – viewings) in the Big and Small auditoriums of the Center of arts for exceptional children of the North, Big and to the Press hall of concert-theatrical center «Ugra-classic» from February, 19 till February, 25th, 2011, without number and place instructions («on empty seats», without a guarantee of free seats in auditorium, the input in auditorium under subscriptions begins for 3 minutes prior to the beginning of a session), the maximum quantity of subscriptions of 2 000 pieces, cost of one subscription of 200 roubles.

The executive management of a film festival in coordination with Organizing committee on preparation and film festival carrying out has the right to establish additional quotas on free tickets for encouragement of collective tourist groups and tour operators, members of film societies and the professional creative unions of autonomous region, film festival partners.
