NATALIA VLADIMIROVNA KOMAROVA

Biography
Natalia Vladimirovna Komarova was born on October, 21st, 1955 in the Pskov area, married, has two children.
In 1978 she finised Kommunarsky mountain-metallurgical institute, engineering-economic faculty with the speciality «economy and the building organization» with qualification assignment — the engineer-economist. In 1978 she began her labor activity at Kommunarsky metallurgical factory as the technician on work of laboratory of the scientific organization of work, then as the economist of economical department UkSa.
In 1980 Natalia Komarova moved to a city New Urengoj, the Tyumen region Yamal-Nenets autonomous area where began working in the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies, as the senior inspector.
In 1988 Natalia Komarova became the chairman of a city planning commission, then — the vice-president of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies, the deputy of City council, and in 1992 — the first deputy of the head of administration of New Urengoj.
In 1994 Natalia Komarova was appointed the head of administration of a city. That year she was elected the deputy of the State Duma of Yamal-Nenets autonomous area and the deputy of City Meeting New Urengoj.
On March, 16th, 1997 Natalia Komarova by resukts of the election has continued work as the head of municipal union New Urengoj up to October, 2000.
From October, 2000 till December, 2001 Natalia Komarova worked as the first deputy of the Governor of Yamal-Nenets autonomous area, heading district Economic Council.
Simultaneously Natalia Vladimirovna was engaged in teaching activity: she was the senior lecturer of chair of social management of the Yamal oil and gas institute (branch) of the Tyumen state oil and gas university (with 1999).
In December, 2001 Natalia Komarova became the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation on Yamal-Nenets independent election district. With 2004 on 2007 she headed Committee on natural resources and wildlife management of the State Duma of Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation.
In December, 2007 Natalia Komarova the third time was elected the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation. In the State Duma of the V convocation she continued heading Committee of natural resources, wildlife management and ecology.
On February, 8th, 2010 the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev submitted for consideration of deputies of the Duma of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area Natalia Komarovoj's nominee on a post of the Governor of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area — Ugra. At an emergency meeting on February, 15th deputies unanimously expressed in support of its nominee.
On March, 1st, 2010 Natalia Komarova entered a post of the Governor of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area — Ugra.
